Iowa STARS for Animals wants to spread our message of love and compassion for all animals. We believe that a single action can make a huge difference in the lives of a suffering, abused and neglected animals. We may not be able to help all but the ones we help, their lives are changed forever!

Animal Advocates and animal lovers
Here at Iowa STARS for Animals, as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all animals. We network with reputable rescues and no kill shelters and place surrendered, abandoned, advertised " free dogs and cats" with them and try to help financially when we can.
Activities
Improve quality of animal lives!
Iowa STARS for Animals is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Animal Welfare Group is hopefully improve animals lives by placing them into a better, more loving environment. We also do fundraising to raise money to donate to our partner rescues and no kill shelters who have a strong foster program.
Animal Rescue and Care
We work with individuals who are surrendering or neglecting an animal and place the animal with reputable rescues and no kill shelters so that an opportunity is provided these animals for a second chance to a better life.

We provide education to those who may not understand animal needs so they may provide better care. We also obtain surrendered animals so they have a better chance for a loving and responsible owner.
